- Step 1: Register as a Buyer and search for the vehicle you need
- Step 2: Click “Add to List” if you like the vehicle, or click “Quick Enquiry” to seek more details
- Step 3: Go to Cart, click “View List” if you wish to buy more than 1 unit and place the quantity and/or click “Check Out” and submit “Booking Now”
- Step 4: Our representative will call you to reconfirm your booking and confirm the stock availability
- Step 5: Transfer the payment to our Bank Account mentioned in the booking advice
Yes, you can negotiate. On the Product Details page, click “Quick Enquiry” and submit your desired price.
We contact the seller and get all the required information about the vehicle. You can enquire about the vehicle or write us at buyer@sourcevehicle.com.
No, we do not charge any additional or hidden fee from the buyer. SourceVehicle.com is completely free for buyers.
Before we accept your booking, we ensure the desired vehicle is available with the seller. If needed, we shall provide you with the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for your satisfaction.
Yes. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change as per the demand & supply of that vehicle.
- No, listed prices do not include anything except the vehicle itself. Any other charges such as Shipping/Insurance/Accessories/Spare Parts have to be paid separately.
Shipping-Specific FAQs:
Yes, we do provide shipping through our shipping partners. However, the cost of shipping has to be borne by the buyer.
- Shipping company collects the vehicle along with shipping documents from the seller’s place and transports the vehicle to the port or their container facility. Inland transportation cost is included in the shipping cost.
- If a buyer has its own shipping arrangement then the entire process is carried by the buyer himself.
No, listed price is only for the vehicle. Shipping charges have to be paid separately by the buyer.
Yes, a buyer can arrange his own shipping. In this case, buyer must provide our contact details to the shipping company and we would assist only to get shipping documents from the seller and vehicle delivery/collection from seller’s place.

- Currently Seller Registration is open for UAE based companies only and registration process is very simple:
- Step 1: Register as Seller
- Step 2: Complete the Seller Profile
- Step 3: Send your inventory list with prices in US Dollars at seller@sourcevehicle.com
- We have a dedicated team for vehicle upload who do the rest of the work
No, at present, there are no charges for Seller Registration and vehicle listing. A registered seller can list unlimited vehicles.
As a registered seller, you get a fully functional account where you can add, edit or remove vehicle listings. Should you face any difficulty, you may request the task at seller@sourcevehicle.com.
Regularly update your listings, pictures or vehicle details. Competitive pricing and elaborate vehicle details are key to attracting potential buyers.
- Inquiries are first received by Team SourceVehicle and then it is forwarded to the seller of that listing for which the buyer has inquired about.
